If you have any special health considerations, please inform us at the time of booking, as some treatments have contraindications.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required when re-scheduling or cancelling. All bookings (including gift voucher bookings) cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a minimum of 25% loading payable in advance when re-booking or in some cases, cancellation of the gift voucher. Failure to give adequate notice of cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the value of your treatment. Non-attendance will be invoiced or deducted from a voucher for the cost of the service.
Some longer treatments and mobile massage bookings may require a deposit or credit card number.
Packages
Packages are unable to be split or the treatments in packages changed.

Suggested Attire
For body treatments and massage, underwear is required and for wet treatments your bathers or use of our disposable underwear.

As much as we love children, for the safety of your child and the comfort and relaxation of other visitors to Silk Day Spa, please make alternative child care arrangements.

As a courtesy to all, client treatments are completed on schedule. Please plan your time carefully.
