Redeeming a Silk Treat Gift Voucher
Please have the voucher handy at the time of booking your treatment - we will require the voucher number and expiry date. We may also request details regarding the treatment gifted to you. Your gift voucher is precious currency, valid for nine months* and must be produced at the time of treatment. Silk Day Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Failure to produce a voucher will require full payment for the treatment with the value of the voucher refunded on presentation of the voucher. *Redemption time for special promotion gift vouchers may differ.
Cancellation or Non-attendance Policy
We operate a popular spa and salon, and appointment times are precious - please respect our times. Bookings (including gift voucher bookings) cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a minimum 25% loading deducted from a gift voucher, a deposit paid or will be payable in advance when re-booking. 50% of the cost of the service will be invoiced or deducted from a gift voucher or deposit paid for non-attendance.
Booking an appointment at Silk Day Spa is an acknowledgement of these terms.
Deposit
50% deposit is required for group visits, bookings over $130 and all hair colour bookings.
Packages
Packages are unable to be split or the treatments within packages swapped. Massage and facial upgrades are available.
Prices are GST inclusive and may change without notice. Gift vouchers made out to a specific treatment will be honoured at the purchased price when redeemed.
Be Our Guest
Extend your Silk Day Spa experience by spending time in the relax lounge and courtyard before or after your treatment. Complimentary refreshments are provided.
Suggested Attire
For body treatments and massage, underwear is required and for wet treatments your bathers or use of our disposable underwear. It is suggested you wear open toe shoes for pedicures.

We would like your visit to be at a time most suited to you. To avoid disappointment, please book your visit early.
Children at Silk
As much as we love children, for the safety of your child and the comfort and relaxation of other visitors to Silk Day Spa, please make alternative child care arrangements.

Arrival Times
As a courtesy to all, client treatments are completed on schedule. Please plan your time carefully.
To relax, prepare you for your treatment and complete forms to customise your treatment clients are requested to arrive 15 mins prior to treatment time.
Health Issues
If you have any special health considerations, please inform us at the time of booking, as some treatments have contraindications. It is also essential to inform us if you are (or could be) pregnant.
